How the Feng Shui Consultation Works

Upon arrival, Emy explains in more detail how the specific consultation will work. It usually starts with the tour of the space, where the client shows the house, tells what works and what doesn't, etc. After the tour is finished, Emy takes several compass readings and spends about half an hour doing her analysis and calculations.

Based on the feng shui analysis, the second part of the consultation consist of numerous recommendations, suggestions and specific and practical feng shui cures to transform the space and bring vibrant, healthy energy into the house. It often involves moving furniture, repositioning the art and decoration, and letting go of some items (if not useful). It is more of a very hands-on process!

General Information about the Feng Shui Consultation

1. The consultation length depends on the size, as well as overall state of your space. The typical consultation usually lasts about 2 hours, although many go for as long as 3-6 hours in one visit. The client is the one in charge of time.

2. To book a consultation, we request 50% consultation payment as a final confirmation. The confirmation payment is based on a 2hr consultation; the payment is usually done via Visa/MC. The written feng shui report if requested, are priced separately.

3. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule or cancel the consultation, please give us advance notice. If you reschedule with less than 24 hr notice, the fee for late rescheduling is $88.00. If you cancel with less than 24 hr notice, your confirmation payment is non-refundable.

1. Dates of Birth of all the occupants in the House
2. Construction Date of the house
3. Floor Plan or Blueprint
4. Address
5. Confirmation Payment

Analysis Terms & Conditions:

• Internet & E-mail access required
• Analysis conducted remotely
• You must provide a floor plan of each storey you occupy (either hand drawn or an architect’s drawing)
• You must be able to e-mail a scanned copy of your floor plan (single or multiple floors)
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the floor plan provided
• You must provide a compass reading (based on instructions sent to you)
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the compass reading
• Payment via Visa/MC

CONSULTATION FEES:

Our consulting fees vary from job to job and depend on the scope and complexity of the work.

We currently service Anchorage, Palmer/Wasilla, Eagle River, Soldotna, Kenai, State of Washington, Las Vegas, Chicago, New York, Texas, New Jersey, California and Canada areas.

An additional fee may apply for consultations that require extended travel outside of Anchorage. Please call or e-mail us for quotes and availability.

TRAVEL FEES:

· Any job that requires over half an hour travel time will require a fee of $100 per hour.
· Consultation fees for out-of-state onsite audit, airfare and accommodation not included.
· For out-of-state onsite audit, all travel and accommodations operating cost are to be paid by the client.

We respect your desire for privacy and all residential and commercial data will be kept confidential.

RETAINER FEES are required for any residential and business consultations depending on the size of the job and to be paid in advance at least a week prior to scheduled consultation date.
